Three Chords, An Ipod and the Truth

zenitram_live1Welcome to the home of ZENITRAM, one man band and local rock deity.  If you like sardonic lyrics and a variety of musical styles in the vein of old Ween, The Dead Milkmen, and early pre-scientology Beck, then you have questionable tastes, but also a sense of adventure so this could actually appeal to you.  I mean, what the hell?  It’s worth a shot, right?

Imagine a middle aged Mexican fellow belting out mechanical punk rock and wooing you with rap songs about taking drugs at the beginning of your shift and commenting on the irony of anarchist houses.  You’re right.  It makes no sense at face value but there is something to the old saying about judging a book by it’s cover and you may find you were wrong in the best possible way.  Of course you may think this is all a big joke, but on whom?

Turn Down The Suck

A five song EP of blistering industrial punk rock.  Black Flag meets The Dead Milkmen in the parking lot of a Skatenigs show.  Songs cover lyrical territory ranging from extreme self loathing to pointing out the irony of anarchist houses.  Not for the easily offended unless they value good songwriting over being a whiny fuck.turn_down_front
